Close proximity to Cochin International Airport, and friendly staff. Offered me a airport drop-off which was a delight.
Nothing to dislike, not sure if there was booking option with complimentary breakfast.

Staff were professional and welcoming. Reception clean. Good location and free pick up from airport. I could walk to dinner just down the road.
The bathroom had an overwhelming stench of sewage. The shower is right over the toilet soaking the entire bathroom. The walls were scuffed and filthy with footprints and dirty marks. We would have returned before departing but the bathroom smell meant that we find alternative accommodation.

great choice, if your flight arrives or leaves at odd hours and you want to be very close to the airport.
only 5 minutes by the free taxi service they provide.
no food provided , but you can order from a restaurant close by, which serves excellent food ( i walked there)
the front desk ( matthew ) was very polite
the place is clean and astonishingly very quiet for an airport hotel
great value for money
