Ejoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location is very convenient—close to the airport with restaurants nearby.

The facilities are not bad however put some items like brush, toothpaste etc..

They didn't provide room service. After requesting too they didn't clean the room during our entire 3 days stay. The intercom wasn't working. On reporting regarding this too they didn't rectify it. No drinking water was provided after frequent requests too. No bathroom supplies like towels and dental kit were given. Only one time a small soap bar and a sachet of shampoo was given. And they charged an extra 500 per day for the AC room. Management is pathetic. Maybe they are getting a booking because it is in a good location. Otherwise other hotels provide much much better service than this in less charges.
