84㎡の部屋に簡易キッチンとダイニング、東向きのバルコニーが付きます。IHと電子レンジ、トースター、引き出しのカトラリーまであるので、買ってきたものを部屋で食べられました。Wi-Fiは実測で下り300Mbps、デスクもあってエアコンの温度も自分で決められるので、部屋で仕事ができています。屋上テラスもあります。部屋の箒とちりとりも助かりました。キッチンの水道は飲めると言われ、5泊のあいだそのまま飲んで問題ありませんでした。歩ける範囲の店は限られますが、Uber Eatsがすぐ届きます。
オーナーの対応も早いです。予約後、Booking.comのクチコミにあった道路側の騒音を相談したら、奥側と手前の両方を見せて選ばせてくれました。最終日の朝にWi-Fiが繋がらなくなったときは10分ほどで復旧（復旧後は下り290Mbps）。近隣の騒音があった夜も、オーナー自身が気づいて警察に通報し、静かな側の部屋まで開けてくれました。
チェックイン当日、洗面の蛇口から赤く濁った水が出ました（その後は出ていません）。浴室の窓に網戸がないので少ししか開けられず、シャワーとトイレと洗面台が仕切りのない1室なので、シャワー部分にガラスの仕切りがあるとよかったです。カーテンを閉めても部屋は真っ暗になりません。バルコニーは隣室と地続きです。
ハンガーを掛ける場所が少ないと思い、洗濯物は天蓋の柱に掛けていました。ただし投稿後にオーナーから、バルコニーの別の側に物干しラックがあり、洗濯機のある部屋も使えると教えてもらいました。自分では見ていませんが、困ったら聞けば案内してもらえると思います。
夜10時ごろに工事のような音が5泊のうち3日ほどあり、いずれも数分で終わりました。線路も近く列車の通過音は大きいです。初日だけビックリしましたが慣れました。
また、8月8日（土）の夜は線路の向こうの民家の誕生日パーティーで、18時ごろから深夜1時ごろまで爆音の音楽が続きました。5泊のうちこの1泊だけです。ほとんど寝られないまま翌日のコロンボ移動になったので流石に疲れましたが、敷地の外の音で宿に止める手段はなく、オーナーはその夜も含めて滞在中いちばん速い対応をしてくれました。宿の責任ではないので、評価は満点にしています。

Гостили в отеле несколько дней, знакомясь с серфингом.
Отель находится через дорогу от пляжа. Номерной фонд новый, номер большой, кровати удобные. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания. Владелец отеля всегда на связи с гостем. Горячая вода есть, шумоизоляция хорошая.
Рядом железная дорога- она не мешает отдыху, наоборот развлекает. Спасибо за отдых.

This is an overall great European type accommodation with clean and spacious room, newly equipped bathroom. Very good Wi-Fi for work. 250 meters to the beach and 25 min walk to the city center and surfing area. (You will be taking tuc-tucs). Great owner, fast response, always smiling and always flexible and ready to help
Accommodation is right next to the train track so there is a noisy train passing by every hour. (Did not bother us but good to mention for anyone)

It was a very convenient place to stay, especially as I was traveling with my family. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, which made our stay very comfortable. It is located right across the road from the beach, which was a big plus.
The rooms were very spacious, and the host was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
