SoHo PV - PH 9

Beautiful apartment. Technically a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit. Downstairs bedroom had 2 single beds and large ensuite bathroom. Upstairs was a large open style loft bedroom with large king bed and large open bathroom with sliding doors for bathroom privacy. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and drier large balcony and living area with comfortable couch. Roof top Pool area is amazing and great gym too. Cafe open in mornings on 1st level with great coffee and snacks. Concierge Eddie was amazing. Each unit is allowed 2 guests visitors until midnight. They sign in at the front desk and leave ID with concierge which is pretty standard procedure for condo residences in PV.

Couple of small minor details. We had an issue with the blinds and blind remote which is a bit finicky. The entry door lock jammed but both issues were rectified immediately by onsite maintenance staff. The building itself is not overly sound proof so it is loud from the road below. Pool rules are overly strict in terms of bringing own food or beverages up which I understand as they want to make money from the bar and restaurant but you should be allowed your own water. Bar closes at 7 so after that we had no problem taking own drink up.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Rooftop pool is spectacular!

Rather plain furnishings etc? Maintenance was required to the blinds when we were there.
