Es céntrico, cerca de La Medina. Zona segura. Ideal para una persona/pareja.Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Cocina con lo imprescindible. Aire acondicionado. Agua caliente. Cama cómoda. Hay cámara de seguridad en el portal del edificio.

Escaleras muy largas hasta el segundo piso. Poco aislamiento térmico. La puerta del balcón no cierra por debajo. No hay sillas, gel de baño, azúcar ni sal de cortesía.

I like the fact it meet European standards so we used comfortably the place, the location is awesome. And the owner was friendly too

It was 10°C/50°F the night I stayed here. The apartment has a climatiseur but the heat did not work! I found the brand and model number of the unit, as noted in the picture attached. The manufacturer’s website indicates this model does indeed provide heat. So, it was either disabled or broken. I contacted the owner but they said they do not provide heat. They went as far as to claim this is indicated on the booking website, but I did not see that information in the listing. In any case, the information on the climatiseur itself proves this false. So, all of this was very disappointing. Because it was unbearably cold and heat is an inexpensive and basic provision, that definitely affected my rating of the property. There are four flats on the second floor, and it’s difficult to figure out which apartment is the correct one, as the door is not marked or well lit. Also, the building is old and there is no elevator/ascenseur. If you have mobility issues, it’s important to be aware of that because the flat is on the second floor. There’s a bright green light inside one of the recessed lamps on the ceiling. I’m not sure but I was concerned that it might be a camera. We can’t see the light during the day, but at night, it’s bright enough to make it hard to sleep. The apartment faces a very busy street there was a lot of noise, cars and motorcycles up and down the street, honking their horns, and people talking loudly, all night and into the early morning. In addition, the doors to the terrace facing the street are not well sealed, so cigarette smoke from the street was actually seeping into the apartment. The smell was noticeable and unpleasant It’s really too bad because otherwise, it was clean and sufficiently furnished and equipped, although a bit small. It’s sufficient for two adults, and maybe one child, at the most. However, at night, the noise, frigid cold, and bright light just made it impossible to sleep there.
