The host is friendly and helpful. We had difficulty with the stairs which led to the cancellation of the booking. The host helped me to overcome the situation. I recommend this place as the location is superb and the pricing is reasonable.
The stairs are too steep and narrow. It can be dangerous for elderly people.

駅から近いので出かけやすかった。近くに関西スーパー、コンビニもありました。
コップ類がなかったので飲み物(紅茶)が飲めなかった。部屋がコンパクト過ぎる。2人での滞在だったから1階と2階に分けたてなんとか過ごせた。隣が居酒屋なので夜は少し声が響く(壁が薄いのかな)

The split level was perfect for our group of three. My wife and I could be on the main level while her little sister had the loft.
Excellent location too, plenty of activities and amenities right in Abeno and close to major train lines.
The bathroom may be small for North Americans but our group managed just fine :)

It’s near to 阿倍野駅
The space was enough for 3-4 adults to stay
They provide a lot of kitchenware. My mother likes the Peter Rabbit designed mugs a lot. We’re very pleased with the kitchenware provided.
There’s washing machine,shampoo and towels too,very convenient.
The toilet is too small,might not be suitable for people with bigger size.
