Posizione, grandezza della casa, pulizia maniacale, accoglienza, servizio reception. Letti comodissimi!!! Possibilità di grigliare all'esterno
Era pieno di zanzare e formiche ma è normale nella pineta quindi in realtà non è un contro, bisogna solo stare attenti a non farle entrare in casa e portarsi l'autan

La posizione, il fatto di non dover prendere la macchina per andare in spiaggia. L'aria condizionata, il parcheggio, anche se non era previsto.
L'assenza di miscelatori nella doccia e nel bidet. La scarsa professionalità del "gestore". Le troppe zanzare di sera. Invivibile all'esterno senza zampironi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo troppo elevato.
