The location is perfect if you want to be close to the Dubai Mall the Burj, restaurants etc, there is also a small shop next door. Highly recommended if downtown is your choice, you can walk to everything. The place was clean and everything we needed was there.

The location was excellent, Downtown. Easy access to Dubai Mall, the fountains, restaurants and Burj Kalifah. Great view of the latter from the pool. Also right next door to a small supermarket. Flat was lovely, clean , very well equipped and comfortable.My adult daughter slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable .
Delayed check in ! Arrived at 2am didn’t get access until 3.30am. We had a PIN code and a confirmation email but security would not allow us access without a Frank Porter representative being there. A new ruling which the company were aware of but don’t adhere to. Make sure you clarify all the arrangements when you book. It was extremely difficult to contact anyone for help.
One small thing , might be nice if a couple of pool towels were supplied .
