After check out I want to keep my luggage in the reception just to eat and come back to collect this option is really necessary I can’t bring all the bags in the restaurant

Gostei principalmente da localização, mas tudo esteve dentro do esperado.

Internet ruim! Não aconselho para quem quer trabalhar. Mas principalmente não gostei do formulário de envio das informações, muito ruim o preenchimento. Eles só fornecem as informações duas horas antes da chegada. Quando cheguei em Dubai depois de 15 horas de voo é que soube que o passaporte não tinha sido anexado corretamente. Passei mais de duas horas na recepção esperando que alguém aparecesse.

L’appartement est vraiment propre, juste à 5 minutes à pieds du mall et burj kalifa , on a passé des séjours agréable 👌👌👌

Le travaux ménagers est payant 150diram par jour malgré qu’on a payé pour 2 semaines😩 c’était un peu compliqué pour nous mais bon….

What I liked: - Very good location !!! 5-10 Min to Burj Khalifa - The price is okay for what you get (around €350 for two nights) - The apartment is generally fine for a short stay

What I didn’t like: -Some furniture and equipment are worn out or broken (for example, the shower was very loose and a few other things were damaged) -The check-in process is very poorly organized -Way too much information via chat, very confusing -Constantly having to resend or submit things again -Even though it’s supposed to be a self check-in, we were not allowed into the building by the porter -Frank Porter knows that guests cannot enter the building on their own because it’s an apartment complex, yet this was not properly arranged -We were left standing there not knowing what to do -Only after calling, with the help of the porter, a staff member was finally sent -The porter himself seemed very annoyed by the whole situation and by how guests are treated during the rental process -Our first impression was very bad, as we were also treated quite rudely by the porter for a short time -Very bad internet connection – it barely worked at all -Extremely dirty sofa bed – really disgusting
