the room was very hot without air. Also garbage collection is at night which some might find too noisy (but nothing about the room)

I never met an owner or manager there, but received messages the day of arrival with helpful photos of the lockbox and a video of how to turn on the hot water (by pressing a button.) Communication was fast, all of my questions were answered. Location was close to the bus lines, shopping, and interesting neighborhoods. A short walk to the ocean and historic buildings. Although the room is a studio, it felt spacious and was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, no microwave but included a washing machine. Nice location on the 1st floor, so only one flight of stairs, but there was an elevator I used when arriving/leaving with luggage. Also, as a solo female, I felt very safe behind 2 locked doors from the street.

The bathroom was very tiny. For a solo traveler it was fine, but very tiny sink and counter. Overall communication was good but needed improvement regarding the hot water. I didn't need hot water until taking a shower that night, at which time I pressed the button for it. I had a cold shower because it never heated up. The next morning there was plenty of hot water, so they should be sure to say to turn it on when first arriving. Had to ask about wi-fi after arrival, There was no information about it in the apartment, so maybe they expected me to look at the back of wi-fi router, but this was the first time I've had this experience.

It was central and had everything we needed. Nice location also

Η συνδεση του ιντερνετ και το τηλεφωνικό σήμα δεν ηταν τόσο καλό αλλά αυτό δεν σχετίζεται με το διαμέρισμα.
