Good matress, nice little balcony, spacious and clean
The wifi wasn't working half of the time and there was not a lot of hot water, just enough for a quick shower

Quiet and close to the center and metro station
Quite worn out, the lighting needs repair - the lights were blinking extremely annoyingly, strange sounds in the toilet and the inconvenience of turning on the water heating system and waiting for it to heat up (quickly, but still..) Although the furniture was worn out, I would say it was clean.

The property's location is very good. It is very close to the White Tower.
The check-in/out process is very simple.
The property needs some refreshment.
The bathroom is small but still ok.

The studio was clean and the location was convenient. The space itself was nicely arranged and had everything needed for a short stay.
It seems that the apartment was originally one large flat that was divided into three separate studios with plasterboard walls. Because of this, the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear the neighbors as if they were in the next room, not the next apartment, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
This was not mentioned in the description when booking, and it would have been helpful to know that it is essentially a converted large apartment with multiple small studios.
Additionally, the shower holder in the bathroom was broken, so it was impossible to hang the showerhead and take a normal shower without holding it the entire time. The toilet also made very loud and unpleasant noises when flushing.
