Excellent location, and the apartment itself is awesome. The kitchen fittings and furnishings are excellent. The complex the apartment is in is starting to show a bit of wear, but the facilities are all still enjoyable. Several restaurants and coffee shops in short walking distance.
It's probably due for a deep clean, but it was acceptable. The hot tub had loads of chemicals, needed a top up and to let it run for an hour or 2 which settled it down. You can access the main peppers facilities, but the key fob didn't work on all secure gates - only a couple of the main pool gates

Keys not pick up and leave on site was a nuisance..very little hot water and water pressure from sat on..?building issue but still a nuisance at that price..rest was good.
