Location was good, close to beach and restaurants. The bath tub in the room was great. Always enjoy a good bath. Highly recommend the Shiny Brew for breakfast and coffee.
The rooms was not ready at 2pm check in time. We were not able to check in until 4.10pm, over two hours later. The rooms is very tired, pillows and bed not that comfortable. The bathroom wash basin tap is very lose and consistently drip which we reported to the management group but no action was taken. We asked about the tennis court hire on our second day of stay; receive no response; had to follow up twice then a response was provided on our last day. Took the management group 4 days to respond to our request.
