Having to collect keys from off site would have been easier if they were at reception though I do understand it is private rental

Mantra Kingscliff is a fantastic location, right near Peppers, the beach, walks, shops&restaurants♡

I was in a studio room (privately owned) off a bedroom suite, a family was in that, I could hear their baby crying, there were no washcloths (apparently not on the linen supply list), the room is missing a small table for kettle&toaster and a microwave would have been very useful. Also l didn't read the fine print in blue, when checking-in online, the keycard has to be picked up *and dropped off) at the management office in Kingscliff. The weather turned so could not use pool, but looked around for a spa or sauna, no luck there, will try the exercise room another time.

The room was not clean, there were marks on the bed where it looked like someone had stood on the bed. There was a stain on the top sheet. The carpet had numerous marks some looked like grease. No storage for clothes. Only 2 tea bags and 3 sugar sachets provided, this felt very cheap.
