Sijainti oli hyvä, lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja ruokapaikkoihin. Hiljainen asunto ja naapurusto, auttavaisia naapureita. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja sieltä löytyi hyvät välineet erilaisten ruokien valmistamiseen ja pyykinpesuun.

Jos yöpyjillä useampi auto vuokrattuna, niin varsinaisia asuntoon kuuluvia parkkipaikkoja on yksi, mutta lähistöltä löytyy tyhjää tilaa parkkeeraukseen.
