Villa Dalmata and its hosts - Simply The Best

By far and away the best apartment we have stayed in, made even better by the amazing family who we rented it from. Real Croatian hospitality, in which we were extremely grateful and thankful for. One night we were invited to a lovely evening meal cooked by our hosts with homemade wine and brandy and the pumpkin soup and grapes were delicious too! The area around the apartment is beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous flowers, Olive Trees, Lemon Trees and even the local children would say hello to you! The pool was fantastic, lots of loungers and just like the apartment it was furnished to a very high standard. The combination of the apartment, hosts and the gorgeous town of Trogir make this an ideal choice for anyone thinking of staying in Trogir (around a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes in an Uber). Tip - Google Maps falls a little short of the property just continue straight up! Finally there was a really thoughtful welcome gift which was the icing on the cake, and my family and myself cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and kindness.

Spotless on arrival; a beautiful plate of meats and cheeses; great bathrooms with powerful, hot showers; modern and well functioning kitchen; comfortable sofa; friendly and extremely accommodating hosts (early check in and late check out); a wonderful home cooked meal; quiet and private; lovely clean and peaceful pool; walking distance to bakery, supermarket and Trogir restaurants.

An exceptional place with lovely hosts.

The family were so friendly, generous & helpful - we were met at the airport, then they showed us the apartment which was clean, modern and really comfortable. The pool was great. We enjoyed the gardens nearby.

Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights could stayed longer the apartment is absolutely fantastic super clean very spacious every very high spec comfortable beds & great showers location is very peaceful bonus heated pool sun beds & beach towels provided. Helena, her mum & dad are wonderful hosts on arrival they welcomed us like family provided delicious lunch meat & cheese platter with bread & coffee & home cake at pool one day. It’s short walk to supermarkets bakeries & butchers over one of the bridges takes you to the old town & ciovo island we took uber over for 5 euros & walked back don’t hesitate thinking of booking do it best place & hosts ever thank you for airport transfer.

The illawarra was really clean the hosts were really helpful picked us up at the airport .they were really nice and helpful. Made our family dinner .I would highly recommend the villa

Modern appartment and unique hospitality!

We got picked up at the airport, and was welcomed at the house by the whole host family. The hosts was lovely, and did help us with anything we would ask for. F. ex. they arranged for a rental car delivered outside the door, and many other things. They even cooked dinner for us one night. Clean and big appartment, and a nice heated pool. Still, the hospitality of the hosts were the absolute highlight of the stay, and we will definitly recomend this place if you are planning to stay in Trogir.

Brilliant, property was perfect 10/10. Hosts were on hand to help with anything needed.

Everything was perfect from the hosts collecting us from the airport to arriving at the property which was fabulous, spotlessly clean and fitted out with everything you would need, can't praise the hosts enough, they cooked us dinner, fish and steak which was fab and give us bowls of cherries from their own garden. The pool was great and the pool house with grill and inside dining, if needed, was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Very comfortable and clean

It was very marvelous villa, so new, quiet and clean, good location, 5 min by walking from supermarket and 20 min by walking from the beach. Especially we like the comfortable conditions of living here - the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are so new and comfortable for sleeping, and the host satisfied all our needs! Hope to come back next summer!

So eine tolle Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie!

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und während des Aufenthaltes gut betreut. Besonders schön fanden wir eine abendliche Einladung in das Grillhaus der Gastgeber, wo wir einen interessanten und fröhlichen Abend verbrachten. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Sie liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar am Haus. In das historische Zentrum von Trogir läuft man etwa 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank an unsere wunderbaren Gastgeber!

Fantastisch

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Villa Dalmata. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren en verwelkomt met een charcuterieschaal, vruchtensap, brood en water. Aan het eind werden we nog uitgenodigd voor een gezellig BBQ bij de eigenaren in hun grilhuisje. Het complex, met twee schitterende volledig uitgeruste appartementen en ruim balkon, is heel erg rustig gelegen aan het einde van een smal straatje. Tegenover het appartement ligt het zwembad met voldoende ligbedden, parasols, stoelen en badlakens al hadden we het zwembad merendeels voor ons zelf. De auto konden we onder de carport parkeren. Het mooie centrum van Trogir ligt op 15/20 minuten loopafstand. Supermarkt Plodine is op loopafstand in een winkelcentrum, wat duurder geprijsd maar goed gesorteerd en parkeergarage onder het pand (eerste 2 uur gratis parkeren). Iets verderop in het centrum is een Konzum (glutenvrije producten) of voorbij Trogir een Lidl (ook glutenvrije sneetjes brood, kennen we niet in Nederland). In de omgeving zijn, met de auto, mooie plaatsen te bezichtigen (Split, Primošten, Šibenik). Vanuit centrum Trogir gaat er ook een boot naar Split.

El apartamento es moderno, cómodo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario disponible. Tal como se ve en las fotos. A pesar de que el agua en las playas de Croacia suele estar bastante fría, la piscina del apartamento tenía la temperatura del agua perfecta, cosa que hemos agradecido. La ubicación es ideal porque a pesar de estar a 10-15 minutos de Trogir centro andando, ir con coche es una odisea porque encontrar aparcamiento no es nada fácil. Los dueños un encanto, de 10 !!!! Viven al lado y están pendientes de que no te falte de nada. El primer día llegamos casi a las 23h sin poder cenar por un problema con el coche de alquiler y nos habían dejado pan, embutidos, tomates, zumo y agua. Y, una de las noches te invitan a cenar una barbacoa con ellos 😍. Super atentos y amables !!! Incluso al irnos nos han hecho un regalo, que no olvidaremos !!!

Ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber mit toller Ausstattung, super freundliche Gastgeber, toller Pool und die sehr ruhige Lage. Es gab auch einen schattigen Carport. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut in 20 min erreichbar.

Einfach alles. Der super nette Gastgeber, der uns am letzten Abend noch zum Abendessen eingeladen hat. Es gab reichlich selbst gemachten Wein und Likör. Auch das gekochte Essen war sehr lecker. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was zum täglichen Leben braucht. Auch der Pool war eine Augenweide. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.🇭🇷

Ein perfekter, unbeschwerter Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll und nur zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett. Bei unserer Ankunft stand Saft und eine Käse-Wurstplatte im Kühlschrank. Wir wurden zu einem köstlichen Grillabend eingeladen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab eine Grundausstattung mit Spültabs, Toilettenpapier, Seife usw. Man fühlt sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Der Balkon ist toll. Der Pool ist großartig - groß, warm, Sonnenschirme, bequeme Liegen. In 15 Minuten ist man nach Trogir gelaufen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter.Es gab zur Begrüßung und zu Ostern sogar eine Platte mit Käse und Wurst und Schinken mit Brot und für die Kinder zu Ostern Schokoladeneier und Hasen.Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Alles in der Unterkünft vorhanden .Sehr gut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
