The location was amazing.

Didn't meet any staff. The Wifi didn't work. My phone was in emergency mode the whole time I was in the apartment. We didn't cook there but the kitchen wasn't fully equipped so its a good job really. Couldn't open any windows, which being on the ground floor I understand they couldn't open fully but to lock open would have been a benifit. The fridge door was broken and the sink had a hole in that was sharp. The washer was inaccessible unless you wanted to take everything out of the cupboard. The small bed was lumpy and there was a spot of what looked like blood on the bedding, and there were cobwebs and a dead spider in the bathroom. The fire didnt work, we tried to get the light on but that didn't work either. However, we used the apartment as a base to sleep, and the location made up everything. Would recomend some tlc and this could be a beautiful little place, wouldn't take much to bring it up to standard.

The property is beautiful and in an ideal location, comfy beds, free parking, cosy interior

The sinks and bath drained really slowly but that can't be helped, the outside area/garden had rotting rubbish near the stairs to the back gate and it smelt really bad, couldn't open the bedroom window at night due to the smell.

The beds were comfy

The WiFi was very poor

Good location and clean

Couldn’t get access initially - had to call and find out where keys were as none in the key safe.
