A very nice and cozy apartment in a good position

The apartment is very cosy and the fact that there is a private parking is a plus, even though the parking garage entrance is not very easy to reach and the entrance is pretty narrow. The apartment is furnished with care and style and it has most of what you can expect from such an apartment

The process to get the keys is pretty convoluted: you need to go to the garage where is the keybox, with that you enter the house where you can find the remote of the main garage door to bring the car in and in the meantime the car is outside in an area without many parking spots. Also the fact that you need a 500 euro guarantee was a bit annoying, especially since the details where provided just the day before with the clause that one should provide that guarantee 24 hours before the check-in which gave me some undesired anxiety. Everything worked out fine but the whole process could be a bit smoother

Wonderful apartment stay in Chambery

Beautiful apartment in Chambery. Lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities. Good size lounge with terrace and nice views. Good Parking in underground parking area. Easy 10-15 minute walk into town. Chambery is a good base for visiting Annecy for the day. Great communication with host Alicia.

No airconditioning, but we did know this on booking. As it was very very hot when we stayed here, we suggested to Alicia (host) that for future guests maybe a fan could be provided. As we were staying for 3 nights she very kindly bought one over for us the next day for our last nights stay which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Alicia

We liked how Clean, recently renovated, provided great cot, high chair and extras for our toddler, spacious. Comfortable bed.

A 900 metri dal centro circa, posizione comoda, zona tranquilla. Appartamento arredato bene, pulito, situato al terzo piano, (c'è ascensore), bella vista. Alicia molto gentile. Self check in comodo, con precise istruzioni.

Tout est parfaitement pensé et agencé pour ce sentir bien. L’appartement est très propre.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le sol, qui était particulièrement froid le soir. Le chauffage ne pouvant pas être utilisé, nous avons eu très froid et nous n’avions pas prévu de chaussons.

Appartement au calme

Petit appartement récemment rénové lumineux, confortable et très propre. Dosette de café de qualité, thé et tisane à disposition. La clé d'accès est disponible dans le garage dans une boîte à code.

En ce qui me concerne le gros point négatif est l'accès extrêmement difficile au garage même pour une voiture moyenne vu l'exiguité des lieux.

Appartement très sympa, très propre, bien agencé, calme et tout ce qu'il t et proche du centre ville

La qualité de l'hébergement, la décoration, les petites attentions des propriétaires, la propreté impeccable...tout était parfait et situé près de l'hyper centre de Chambéry mais très calme. On peut se déplacer à pied sans problème mais j'ai apprécié d'avoir à disposition un garage fermé dans l'immeuble.

Rien ...les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout , même le thé, les capsules de café, le produit vaisselle, le savon dans la salle de bain .c'est parfait !

BONITO Y MODERNO APARTAMENTO

El alojamiento esta muy bien restaurado, moderno y limpio. Teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos en la cocina y en el propio apartamento. Ningun problema serio y algun pequeño comentario que le hicimos a los dueños fue contestado de manera amable e inmediato por ellos. Se agradece saber que hay alguien pendiente de cualquier problema aunque sea un apartamento más con recogida y entrega de llaves autónomo.

Creo que al garaje deberían de darle una pequeña vuelta en lo referente a aspecto e iluminación. Es por diferencia la nota discordante con el resto de servicios, se agradece esa posibilidad de aparcar en el propio edificio sin duda pero el estado de esa parcela de garaje es muy mejorable facilmente.

Si je retourne à Chambéry, je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter

Cet appartement est vraiment magnifique, spacieux et pratique (déco, équipement, balcon, ascenseur...). Nous y sommes restés quelques jours afin de préparer notre mariage qui avait lieu en Savoie. L'appart est très bien situé (boulangerie à 1 min à pied, centre-ville à 10 min à pied, pleins de magasins pour les courses à moins de 5 min en voiture). La propriétaire était très gentille également. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Le garage est étroit mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

Magnifique séjour

Hôte très réactive, réponds très rapidement a nos questions. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, offre une belle vue, est fonctionnel et très moderne, très propre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Nous étions 3, le canapé lit était deja en place pour dormir, très appréciable! Il y a également plein de recommandations pour les repas et les sorties, nous ne pouvons que dire des éloges de cet appartement et ce séjour! (! Les accès au garage et au box sont très étroits, mais c'est très appreciable de pouvoir se garer gratuitement dans Chambéry)

Tout était très bien !! Pour améliorer (parfaire) le séjour, peut-être faudrait-il rajouter un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine comme des poêles et plus de couverts / des serviettes à main, mettre du savon à main dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'un gel douche pour dépanner à l'arrivée, mais surtout il faudrait mettre plus d'oreillers ou les changer pour des plus épais. Des détails qui font la différence mais ne change en rien la note de notre superbe sejour ! Encore merci !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Appartement très bien refait, avec goût, équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons vraiment adoré le coin avec les tabourets dans la cuisine avec ce joli plafond végétal qui s’allume, ainsi que la vue de la salle de bain sur les hauteurs. Très proche du centre, en 10 min à pieds nous étions à l’office du tourisme. Le garage permet de partir sereinement sur une journée dans les environs, sans se demander si nous aurons une place en rentrant. Il y a toutes les indications à l’entrée et un petit livre d’accueil très sympa même s’il manque peut-être des indications (comme le parc de Chambéry dans les visites à faire qui est vraiment très agréable et assez grand).

Pour ma part, il manquerait des petits fauteuils tout simple sur le balcon pour profiter de l’extérieur. Une explication pour le fonctionnement de la cafetière (il en existe tellement ... Heureusement, il restait une capsule donc j'ai pu vite comprendre comment la mettre et qu'il n’avait pas besoin d’enlever le papier etc). Et sinon, cela reste personnel car ça dépendra des personnes, nous avons trouvé le matelas trop dur (il est sans doute encore assez neuf ou le sommier qui est particulier, je ne sais pas) le canapé avait l’air bien plus moelleux. Je ne sais pas, et je n'ai pas vu, de système de climatisation, l’appartement risque d'être assez chaud en été, nous avons eu chaud dans la chambre après les deux journées avec plus de 30 degrés.

Super merci pour le confort et de la literie la décoration avec goût, la rénovation de l'appartement faite par des chefs Alicia et Nico en grande partie je suppose....!!!

IL faudrait 4 assiettes sup une autre casserole plus grande un coin penderie avec quelques cintres, épingle pour le séchoir à linge, important protéger l'angle inférieur du caisson cumulus ,très beau mais dangereux, je me suis blessé la tête à plusieurs reprises sans gravité je vous rassure.

Sehr gut gelegen, sauber, hell und gut gepflegt. Grosszügige Zimmer und toller Balkon mit Morgensonne. Eigene Garage, Ford S Max hat mit eingeklappten Spiegeln gut Platz gefunden. Etwas düster da unten..
