Was nice to have the pool
No room space, definitely not for a family with two little kids. Asked for a cot never got it, had to join the two sofas as the second floor bed was not safe for a 1.5 year old to climb through the stairs. Could not have breakfast because of the wasps a lot of them, especially with two kids, after climbing all these stairs, but the view was great. When tried to take some breakfast, which I paid for, in a container was told off by staff who suggested I take a plate instead and carry it through the staircase to go across the road to the suites. Bathroom not clean of salts… curtains were hanging half torn as some of the plastic hooks were broken. The fly screen at the door was torn. Lastly when tried to pay they did not accept Amex, despite stickers at the doors with Amex logos. Tennis court in bad condition. Children’s playground horrible condition and not safe and not as advertised. Generally felt like no one is looking after the place which was set up well and then left to its devices.
