Istoria Boutique Hotel

A great, modern hotel with a very convenient self check-in system. Everything is new, well organized and easy to use. The location is excellent, with a nice terrace and convenient parking. We also really appreciated Ioanna’s help with transportation and the useful information she provided throughout our stay. We would happily come back again.

Bed was very comfortable and the Air Conditioner was very good. Great location.

Our stay in Istoria Boutique Hotel sadly was a disappointment. I’ll have to say for a building that looks so new and in very nice condition it hides a lot of flaws. Firstly we had little to no hot water at all for showers. We only turned on the hot water tap and it was barely warm and whatever warmth there was in the water it went to cold after a couple of minutes. The ad advertised “soundproofed” this building is by no means soundproof at all. You can hear all the noise from above and every sound being made by others in the whole building. The curtains are not blockout and hard to get them to be even close enough for no one to see in. Even though parking is shown as a feature it’s extremely hard to find parking around here. We parked many streets away. Upside was the bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and room size was good. The code system getting into the building and the room was very finicky and was at times a challenge to use plus you needed to write it down to remember and at the end of a big day out was annoying to use, a key or key card would be so much more convenient. Location was this Hotels best feature. A very short walk to the heart of Lefkada Town was amazing. Overall if you don’t mind a cold shower and noise in the building this is a nice place to stay.
