New Geisum Resort

We were actually about to check out on the first day, but ended up extending our stay by four nights. The room is okay, pretty old, not good- but it includes everything we need. It is clean and has basic maintenance, at least:) The best of the room is that the air conditioner is working very very hard in 40-degree summer!! Thank you, AC! This is one of the reasons we didn't leave haha. Feeling so good back in our room. The bed is also okay; it's not perfect like a proper hotel, but we didn't expect better conditions in other hotels around. At least, we were able to get really good sleep and a nap. The second reason we extended our stay is the amazing private sea! The pools are always full of kids (if you are about to bring kids, it's nice). There are two regions of private sea, one is quite narrow, surrounded by docks (not a very good view); the other is open sea, and the view is amazing. We had a lot fun there, you could see a lot of fish, colourful corals, and even octupus while swimming. The beach is full of stone and reef, make sure to wear shoes . They served towels, beach benches, and fresh juices (for a fee) at the beach. There are also other services, like snorkelling, spa, etc.. I didn't try. The third reason is the location. We were mostly on a diving trip there, picked up by another diving shop. It is easy to reach the meeting point. We also preferred this street to the city center which is busier. I liked the juice bar, and some days of the breakfast. The staff are very nice.

1. As in the other comments, the room is way too old, you could not simply close the door without locking it with the key. Please renovate it!! I like the hotel except for the facilities. 2. Only wifi at the reception!!! No wifi at all in your rooms. 3. There is always music on for the whole day, until ~ 22:00 in the evening. For us, the noise level is bearable. Please evaluate whether you are ok with it. 4. The breakfast provides a mixture of Western and Egyptian food. They are not always good. Only the fresh pancake/ eggcake made by the chef and Egyptian bread are always good. No real coffee.

По Египетским меркам нормально. Территория ухожена, бассейн числится с самого утра. В номерах только поспать чисто но всё по Египетски. Еда самая простая но и мясо и рыбу дают.

В отеле практически все египтяне, территория маленькая. Но есть где покупаться и понырять.

The beach was excellent The front office staff were cheerful kind and professional The salad at the restaurant was good

The rooms weren’t completely clean Some of the staff like the beach bartender was so rude and even didn’t know the hotel rules Lastly the restaurant , the meals were so short and there wasn’t much options , only rice and some chicken or meat , although , that salad was tasty. And there wasn’t any kind of juice at the restaurant !!
