The location is peeeerfect. The place is big enough. So safe.great staff. Smooth check in and out ( they have made also a video for the check in process which i really appreciate it.in the house you have everything that you need.
Hot water and a bit cold in the first day.( i think because we arrived right after they turn on the heater)the second day was much more better.

Posizione, tranquillità, spazio interno e i due balconcini (ma eravamo solo in due). Buono ma migliorabile con pochi accorgimenti.
Pare che il proprietario abbia portato prima di affittare via una piccola lavatrice e il televisore a parete, che dovrebbero far parte delle normali dotazioni di quel tipo di appartamenti. In particolare la TV. Aggiungerei con poca spesa un microonde. Azionando la caldaia ci siamo resi conto che i termosifoni sono quasi tutti fatiscenti e la circolazione dell'acqua rumorosa (a noi ovviamente non servivano perchè era estate, ma Roccaraso è stazione sciistica e la struttura veràà afffittata di inverno). Un altro set di asciugamani avrebbe fatto comodo. Non essendo previsti servizi di pulizia durante il soggiorno il supplemento per la cagnolina non pareva necessario.

Servizio impeccabile del gestore che ha reso l'esperienza facile e piacevole. Posizione a poche centinaia di metri dal centro e zona tranquilla vicino al palaghiaccio (dov'è presente anche un bar con biliardo e sala giochi). L'appartamento non è certo moderno (come si può vedere dalle fotografie) ma non manca nulla ed il prezzo è davvero imbattibile.
