La posizione, l’arredamento nuovo e la disponibilità della proprietà . Riscaldamento. Casa accogliente con parcheggio libero
Pulizia non proprio approfondita ma sufficiente, mancanza di un micronde e del wi-fi. Se ci fosse stata la lavastoviglie sarebbe stata gradita e poche posate , noi eravamo in 6 e le forchette non bastavano.

Appartamento ristrutturato e ben curato, tutto nuovo. Parcheggio gratuito davanti al portone dell' appartamento.
Niente da segnalare, unica cosa è al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Tutto perfetto, a partire dall’accoglienza fatta da Nicola dato che Marta non c’era, super simpatico si è subito messo a scherzare con noi. La casa pulita e nuova, dotata di ogni comfort, letti e cuscini comodissimo (cosa non scontata)
