Beautiful home, great location

Super easy. Drop box also great as we were later than expected.

Hard to open windows upstairs or turn on fans. They didn't work or we didn't know how to. Downpipes and drainage was super loud throughout the night.

I really enjoyed how peaceful and secluded the location was — a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The accommodation itself was fantastic, with everything working perfectly as it should, including the washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, and all the kitchen essentials like pots, pans, cups, plates, toaster, and kettle. The reverse-cycle air conditioner and heater kept the place comfortable, and I especially loved the thoughtful touch of having real books to read.

While I really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room, the restricted opening hours were disappointing. The listing mentioned they were open until around 10 pm, but during our stay they were closed at 12:45 pm and 4:45 pm, which meant we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we’d hoped but I’ve attached the updated timetable here for everyone’s convenience. It was also unusual that the property only had one teaspoon available and no cutlery sets at all — no knives, forks, or spoons. Another concern was the surveillance camera attached to the backyard garage, facing toward the main lounge area. We weren’t informed about its purpose or whether it was active during our stay, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the right-hand side fence was broken and detached when we arrived.
