Apartamento Batista

Appartement was schoon, netjes, en heel groot. Host reageert snel en vriendelijk!

Lawaai!! Lawaai van blaffende honden de hele dag en nacht.. beneden en aan de overkant. Lawaai auto's, raam slaapkamer kan daardoor echt niet open en zelfs dicht oordoppen in. Bed kraakt en is heel.laag. garage is niet te doen! Je auto moet zeker niet groot zijn. Wij hadden een ford focus dit was te groot. Je moet een bepaalde draai maken achterruit vlak langs de muren.... heel lastig! Wel genoeg gratis parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Bak pannen moeten echt vervangen worden en ook grotere zijn nodig. Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn nagenoeg allemaal kapot en niet aanwezig. Host heeft dit opgelost door 2 bedjes te kopen en in het appartement te zetten maar moet je dus zelf wel.steeds meenemen naar het zwembad en weer terug.

We just came back from our holiday and we had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, including utensils and a washing machine, which was very convenient during our stay. It has also a pool on the roof with a nice view. We were warmly welcomed with Madeira Wine and delicious cookies, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, in a nice neighbourhood/area with a cafeteria/snack bar just across the street and markets nearby. It’s easy to get around by car, bus, or taxi. Having a private garage parking space included with the apartment was essential for us and made everything stress-free. A special thanks to Edgar, who was extremely kind, humble, informative, and always ready to help whenever needed. He is truly a great host. We will be back and book this apartment again. The stay exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Très appartement un peu à l’extérieur de Funchal Garage intérieur ( même s’il est peu commode de se garer) Accueil très aimable de Edgar , facile de trouver l’appartement et accueil sérieux ( à l’heure , infos envoyés par portable ) Appartement très bien équipé pour cuisine et linge avec des pastilles fournies pour lave vaisselle et lave linge

Bruit de la circulation car baies vitrées pas du tout insonorisées Quartier avec peu d’intérêt mais avec la voiture rien n’est loin Garage avec un accès peu commode Pas de wifi dans la chambre

O sr. Edgar é de uma simpatia impar muito atencioso e sempre disponível para ajudar nalguma questão! O apartamento é muito espaçoso com uma bela sala e cozinha e o wc com banheira de hidromassagem e também poliban com coluna de massagem! A cozinha muito bem equipada também A localização não é excelente mas também não é má com carro 5 minutos e estamos no centro do funchal! O apartamento tem uma piscina no último andar com um grande terraço e uma vista maravilhosa! O único ponto menos positivo é mesmo a dificuldade de estacionar o carro na garagem e que por esse motivo nunca utilizei mas consegui sempre estacionar ou em frente do apartamento ou em ruas muito perto!!
