1.離駒込站步行約3分鐘，交通便利，車站人潮不多，進出輕鬆，搭乘山手線往東京主要景點很方便。 2.車站出口到住宿前有一條小商店街，有不少餐廳，外食便利。 3.附近有多家超市，及7-11、FamilyMart等便利商店，採買生活用品或食物都很方便。 4.房間有陽台，提供曬衣桿及衣架，若有洗衣需求，衣物晾曬方便，對長住旅客很實用。
1.大樓本身較為老舊，1樓僅有一個小出入口及電梯，光線較偏昏暗，整體環境略顯陰沉，若夜晚獨自進出會感到不安。 2.公共區域清潔有待加強，例如房門外地板上衛生紙，從入住到退房都未清理；房間沙發也感覺清潔度不足；房間的衣櫥都無法使用，影響衣物收納便利性。 3.廚房用餐區僅有一張小桌子，配置2張靠背椅及3張圓凳，缺乏全家人或一群朋友能舒適坐在一起聊天、餐或休息的公共空間。 4.廚房未提供抹布，使用後無法擦拭桌面與流理台，稍有不便。 5.原訂住入住日，因颱風，原訂班機取消，因此有2晚未能住宿。雖然理解訂房有既定取消政策，但面對天災因素造成的行程變更，未住宿期間仍無法辦理退款，對旅客而言較為可惜。
