Σύγχρονο ανετο καθαρό ισόγειο διαμέρισμα εχει ότι χρειάζεται, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με λίγη τύχη μπορείς να παρκάρεις δωρεάν στα γύρω στενά, δίπλα στο μετρό δύο στάσεις από αλκαθαρ.
Ο θόρυβος από την κεντρική πόρτα της οικοδομής. Τα τηγάνια πρέπει να αντικατασταθούν άμεσα.

La ubicación. El personal muy atento por wasap en todo momento. Un puntazo tener secador con el accesorio del difusor
Se oye todo, tanto de la calle (por suerte por la noche no es una calle muy transitada), como del edificio. Por la noche no se termina de quedar el apartamento a oscuras, ya que entra un poco de luz por debajo de la puerta y los focos no se apagan al 100%
