La ubicación muy buena, la limpieza, tener la piscina privada es un privilegio. También es muy bueno el tener la plaza de aparcamiento y no tener que moverte en coche, la parada del metro a 2 minutos y debo hacer mención especial a Pilar, la propietaria muy atenta y se tomó la molestia de mandarnos un mensaje con recomendaciones de bares, terrazas y disponible para cualquier duda

Ubicacion para la Feria de Abril, perfecta. La terraza con piscina fantastica. Tiene parking, lo que facilita mucho ir en coche.

Buena ubicación y la piscina en el ático
Limpieza escasa, olor muy fuerte a tuberías en la habitación pequeña, ducha rota , tapa bater rota, estropajo usado y guardo al lado del cubo de basura, sillas del salón desencoladas, están sueltas no se pueden usar .
