L’emplacement dans un quartier calme et la proximité des moyens de transport. Beaucoup de lieux emblématiques proches du logement (Kulturbrauerei, Alexanderplatz etc.)

Benutztes Taschentuch lag unter dem Bett, Spinnweben an den Wänden und das Regal im Bad war auch staubig und es lagen fremde Haare dort; Bett schmal und in der Mitte ist eine leichte Erhöhung, weshalb man leicht zur Seite rollt
