I had such a good time staying at EastSeven! The staff is always willing to help and makes you feel very welcome. Everything was clean and the location was great! I definitely want to come back!

The only thing that could be improved is how hot the rooms can get sometimes, but they do have a fan by bed, so it was pretty manageable. Other than that, for the price, I think it’s an excellent place to stay!

Great location, great community vibes for solo travellers, for a hostel it’s definitely one of the cleanest I’ve experienced - well done guys!

Only sharing this if it may help others - the 4 bed female dorm room was very hot at night after a hot summers day. Totally understandable. Even though it had cooled down outside, the room retained the heat, even with the window open and a fan going. The downside of having the window open is that it is street facing above the hostel entrance so there can be some street noise from people and cars (although not too much) and the fan is also loud. If you are used to sleeping in a cool, quiet room, you might find it a bit challenging to get a good sleep. Although in saying that, I did adapt and my second night slept a bit better.

The staff is super friendly, and the hostel is well-located. This place is great for 20-year-olds who wanna make friends and party in Berlin, as the hostel provides social spaces and events.

It's not for other types of solo travellers.
