The property is in a great location, very easy to get into CBD with good tram network. The property is situated on 27th floor with breathtaking views. Property is clean and is good size for a family of 4. The host is great and communicate well with regarding to key collection and other things. I would love to book this property again if I ever come to Melbourne next time.

Superb location, easy to travel to Queen Victoria market and CBD, only few steps to the tram station. Chemist warehouse is just at the corner. Bedding is very comfortable and very good to have 2bathrooms.
- not fully equipped kitchenette, no knifes.
- the room is dim with light bulb color.

Hosts were so lovely to deal with...great communication so our stay went so smoothly. Fabulous apartment with spectacular views. Well located with easy access to trams, parking stations, food and supermarkets. Kitchen facilities were great and beds super comfortable. If your looking for a well priced apartment close to the city, stay here...we will again...

The location and the view.
The bathrooms were clearly not cleaned. There was hair and toothpaste residue all over the sink. There was mold and dust in places that had clearly not been cleaned in months. Worst of all the toilet was dirty with a previous guest's vomit. The entire bathroom had to be cleaned by me the guest when I arrived. It was disgusting and I would not stay again at this accommodation, even despite the view and location.
