We loved the apartment and it was fully equipped. The kitchen was lovely and the rooms were as well! As we have a relative who lives in Ruan, this was perfect as this apartment was just a short drive away.
Only little things, for example, you could hear every bit of traffic, which was a bit off-putting. I know nothing can be done to reduce that noise, though. The parking was okay. There's no driveway, but you can park outside for 30 minutes, and after 6:00 PM, you can park there overnight. We ended up parking just 5 minutes away, which wasn't too bad.

Location was good for SWCP walking. Local pub The Old Inn very good. Very well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions/house details folder. Clean and fresh.
Advertising would benefit with a bit more detail re parking ie there is a local long stay village car park (for a donation) only few minutes away - also 30 mins short stay outside the house for unloading. Flooring in between kitchen and lounge needs some attention.

First-class lodgings, close to shops and pubs, with beaches within easy reach via a short 5-minute drive. The apartment is modern and well-equipped.
