Wonderful Stay.
Location is nice and convenient. The place is very comfortable. Very neat and clean. Slept well every night. Everything I needed was there.
It can do with a sign outside, it was difficult to find first time. As its almost hidden away. Upstairs bathroom might be a little small for slightly bigger people. I'm 5ft 6, so it was just ok.

Perfect location as near family living nearby. Shops and pubs all in walking distance.
Lovely and warm on arrival. Lovely welcome treats and a thoughtful Christmas tree up for us plus logs for the log burner. Great kitchen diner area.
The beds were comfy but slightly thin but that’s really searching for a fault.

Very clean and comfortable property, plenty of space and easy access to the beach.
Photos slightly misleading as the house is right next to another and set back from the road. Garden is nice but is astroturf so not super convenient for dogs.

Exceptional
Lovely clean modern house would highly recommend this place to friends , family or anyone wanting a break away. Close to lizard point, short drive to st Ives. Lovely little chip shop a few doors up , a co-op , and spar also on the doorstep. We had a lovely stay at this property as they also allowed dogs. A* .
