L’appartamento era accogliente, pulito e ben arredato e attrezzato.

Чистота, багато різних необхідних речей дають, місцерозташування хороше
Холод, одна батарея не працювала, інші включали дозовано, кондиціонер сам не справлявся з обігрівом всього приміщення. Трішки зіпсувало загальне враження яке на початку було на межі захвату

In realtà nulla xché anche se il riscaldamento era centralizzato c’era la possibilità di riscaldare in altro modo

Struttura e arredi nuovi ancora poco utilizzati. Staff disponibile anche a soddisfare richieste dell' ultimo momento.
Riscaldamento insufficiente radiatori troppo piccoli e pompa di calore sotto dimensionata. L'appartamento rimane sotto i 20° nonostante il climatizzatore acceso tutto il pomeriggio e tutta la notte. Sicuramente dettaglio da rivedere.
