La posizione è eccellente: sotto casa c’è la fermata della metro, il letto era abbastanza comodo e l’appartamento era dotato di tutti i servizi utili.
L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato l’ascensore: ogni volta bisognava aspettare molto, soprattutto perché l’appartamento si trova al nono piano. Un giorno ho aspettato dieci minuti e alla fine sono dovuto scendere a piedi.

Posizione eccellente, a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro, attico luminoso e con una splendida vista.
La pulizia degli ambienti lasciava a desiderare. Qualche batuffolo di polvere all'interno, pezzi di cartone fradici sul balcone. Il microonde era sporco di caffè, causa la macchinetta al suo fianco(Allego foto). Ospiti inattesi: un paio di ragnetti e una blatta che si è infilata nel battiscopa dello stipite della porta della stanza da letto. Davvero spiacevole. Il bagno era pulito ma si sentiva uno fastidioso odore di fogna proveniente dai servizi. Letto comodo ma lo schienale danneggiato è riparato in modo approssimativo. La brandina posta nel ripostiglio è inutilizzabile.
