Beautiful Casa Las Mariposas

It was very quiet and comfortable. It was very well appointed with amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was quick to respond when we encountered any inconvenience. The rooftop patio was stellar. The washer and dryer (with soap available) were super convenient and much appreciated as we arrived after 10 days of traveling around Guatemala with dirty clothes.

Apparently, there was a miss or lack of communication between the host and the gate guards or between gate guard shifts regarding our arrival. We were told we could drop bags earlier than check-in time. When one of us arrived, the guard would not let her in, and he said there was no record of any guests in the unit. A few phone calls back and forth between myself, the guest who was standing alone on the sidewalk and the host, and the situation was handled. However, it was a bit disconcerting as her driver had already departed, we were in route from Atitlan and she was left standing around alone outside the gate with her bags until it was resolved. The host was very apologetic and brought us a lovely treat for the inconvenience. I do not appreciate having to strip beds and empty trash when in a quest house that charges a cleaning fee.

La propreté des chambres et salle de bains Les échanges avec la propriétaire avant l arrivée, les réponses apportées sont rapides et claires. L authenticité du logement, avec la terrasse sur le toit, un vrai + pour observer les volcans :) L environnement est sécurisé Tout est à disposition, y compris lave linge et sèche linge, ce qui rend le séjour encore + agréable

La piscine de la copropriété pas nettoyée La hotte et plus globalement la cuisine manquent de propreté Il manque quelques accessoires indispensables à la cuisine (exemple : un égouttoir pour les pâtes)

Very comfortable accommodation with great facilities. So nice to have a whole apartment. Loved the swimming pool.

Great position in the city with rooftop access from which to see the city and the erupting volcano (in the distance) at night. Safe and secure complex with access to a swimming pool

Would have been helpful to have air conditioning
