A beautiful location let down by poor management and an upsetting experience

The property is in a lovely spot, right by the sea with beautiful scenery and sunsets. The setting itself has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing. There were several issues during our stay: the bathroom flooded, we had no hot water for nearly two days, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Communication with the host was poor, and basic supplies like bin bags and toilet paper were very limited. The final day was especially upsetting: a chair broke under normal use, and instead of resolving it professionally, the host sent aggressive and intimidating messages, even falsely claiming to have contacted the police. Booking.com didn’t hear anything back from the hosts when following up on the issue via legitimate channels, but it was unpleasant and completely ruined the end of our holiday (picture us spending our final day anxious about getting wrongfully stopped by border control…) It’s a shame, as the location itself has potential, but the management and way guests are treated need serious improvement.

My stay at Aphrodite Suites was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings are beautiful, and the apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The area of Nisaki is peaceful, with stunning beaches and lovely beach bars nearby. There’s also a grocery store just a short walk away, which makes everything very convenient. But what truly makes Aphrodite Suites special are Dora, Vassilis, and George — the heart and soul of this place. They made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived, and they are, without a doubt, the kindest and most genuine hosts I have ever met in my life. Without them, this place simply wouldn’t have the same magic. ❤️

Great property with amazing view

It has an amazing view and it’s really close to the beach. The owner was super helpful in everything we enjoyed our stay there very much. There are two amazing beaches about three minutes walking distance, and there are two supermarkets really close.

Lovely location and good budget apparent

Location was nice and near lovely taverners and beach short walk. Was quiet and room was lovely.

It was a little tired. Just a little tlc and it would be beautiful but I expect more expensive I didn't get details of checkin till next day when we were leaving.That wasn't hosts fault but would be nice to have a welcome pack explaining WiFi ect and give room number day or two before arrival. We turned up and had to wait as didn't know what room we were in but a lovely lady told us.

Lovely place

Lovely place, so well situated and beautifully clean. The pool was perfect, and very pretty, lit up at night. There was a nice welcome bottle of wine but no other information.

We were very frustrated as the, internet was non existent during our stay, and theres virtually no English TV.. other than the news. The kitchen is under equipped, it needs more bowls and serving dishes. As with all islands, water is often a problem. The staff did all they could to alleviate the problem. We were told nothing at all and had to text the property to try and find out what was going on. It would be better if management communicated with their guests and let them know what the position was. Esp . with internet and water issues..

Quality self catering apartments in idyllic location

Lovely spacious open plan kitchen, dining & sitting area with double doors out onto the balcony which could seat 3 people. The main bedroom also had its own balcony. In our apartment the second single bedroom was an open plan room off of the living room, so only really suitable for young children/ a family. The balconies had amazing views out across the sea, with nothing but olive trees between the apartments & the sea meant it was very quiet at night. Quality furniture - marble tables & a big fridge. 5 min walk to supermarket, which had just what we needed for breakfast & lunches. Apartment had its own entrance, so it felt very private. Very small swimming pool, but we were usually the only ones using it, plenty of quality loungers & umbrellas. Plus a much bigger pool at the hotel across the road you could use for 6 euros a day which also served poolside food & drinks. And the lovely little pebble beach with crystal clear water was a 4 minute walk downhill. You need to be on the beach before 10am if you want loungers which are 30 euros a day in July for two. 3 great restaurants at the beach.

The child’s single mattress did’t have a memory foam topper like in the main bedroom, so best for younger people. The water stopped working a couple times but only for 1-2 hours.

Lovely apartment

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights in June 2025, with a very late arrival time. Instructions from the host with directions and where to find the keys were clear. It was lovely to be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and chilled water in the fridge. Both bedrooms, living, dining, and kitchen areas were very spacious. The large balcony overlooked a lovely garden and woody area with a sea view. The location was ideal, only a short 5 minute walk to the nearby small, cosy beach with a great restaurant and 2 minutes to the local mini market. Highly recommended.

Great short stay!

Fairly compact but effective design with all the essentials and effective air conditioning. Nissaki is a superb place and this apartment is ideally located for bars, restaurants and boat hire. Perfect for a long weekend! The pool is rather small but there's a much larger one across the road at Seaview which is open to the public with full restaurant facilities. The beach is quite close and swimming in the sea here is superb.

Lovely, well serviced apartment in nice but quiet location.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious with a large balcony and sea view. The apartment was cleaned and bedding/towels changed midweek, which was welcome. Dora (owner) was very nice to deal with.

Nothing really to dislike, although Nissaki is quite remote with only a handful of bars/restaurants nearby. The location would be ideal for some although it was a bit quiet for some.

Снимали 2 номера - 4 и 5. Апартаменты 4: Отличные условия. Очень чисто. Уютно. Отличный вид на море с балконов. На балконах большой стол, где можно завтракать и ужинать. Необходимый минимум посуды на 4-х людей. Электрическая плита, чайник. Есть духовка. Прекрасно провели 2 ночи. Недалеко небольшой галечный пляж. К сожалению лежаки уже убрали и ресторан на пристани уже был закрыт. Но наверху работало неплохое кафе и бар. Место тихое, для спокойного отдыха.

К сожалению на кухне нет микроволновки.

Dobra lokalita pro vylety, bezkontaktni predani klíčů. Parkovani na ulici. Pohodlne postele. Kuchyn dostatecne vybavena.

Praskle prkenko na wc,prazdny zasobnik na mydlo, bohužel vrchni pokryvky dost znecistene (zrejme vyprave, ale fleky asi od krve co nesly dolu a hodne stare) - nastesti jako dalsi vrstva prosteradlo, ale jelikoz jsme zde byli na konci října kdy teplota nebyla uz moc vysoka, museli jsme je vyuzit. Úzké cesty, myslim ze v sezone musi byt trochu problem zaparkovat. Vybaveni zastarale, ale na prespani pokoj staci.

La ubicación. Tiene balcón con vistas impresionantes al mar. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Muy cerca de la playa de Nissaki que es pequeña y de guijarros con un entorno muy bello. El apartamento es muy amplio y todo estaba muy limpio. Es aconsejable tener coche para poder recorrer la isla que es preciosa

Accesorios de cocina muy escasos, no había estropajo ni bayeta para limpiar, solo un trapo de secar. Uno de los dormitorios está abierto a las cocina y hay que pasar por el para ir al baño, el colchón es incómodo

Tout était parfait pour commencer les vacances!

Nous y avons passé nos deux premières nuits à notre arrivée à Corfou. Et l’endroit correspondait exactement à ce que nous cherchions : une vue magnifique sur la mer, des restaurants et une supérette à quelques pas, une crique magique avec eau cristalline. L’appartement était bien aménagé et très spacieux pour 3 personnes, dont 1 adolescent. L’hôte nous a même accueillis avec des boissons au frais et une bouteille de vin.

Bonne suite pour un petit sejour

Les Suites ont une piscine et 2 places de parking devant l’immeuble. Chaque chambre a grande terrasse avec des meubles pour manger. Il y’a une piscine gratuite dans la même rue avec un bar resto. Il y avait une coupure d’eau dans la région et le staff a vite réagi pour fournir de l’eau et régler la situation. Il y a des serviettes de plage offertes en plus des serviettes de bain. Le propriétaire a aussi offert des bouteilles d’eau et une bouteille de vin.

La suite était pas rénové et la literie n’a pas été remplacé pour un bon moment. La cuisine manquait des éléments basiques pour cuisiner- pas de spatule ou de grande cuillère. La climatisation a fait beaucoup de bruit.. La douche à débordé dans la salle de bain après chaque utilisation.

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Apartamenty są przestronne, bardzo czyste i w pełni wyposażone – znajdziecie tu wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku, jak w domu. Widoki z tarasu zapierają dech w piersiach – codzienne śniadanie z panoramą morza to niezapomniane przeżycie. Lokalizacja również nie zawodzi – cicho, spokojnie, a jednocześnie blisko do plaż, restauracji i atrakcji wyspy. Obsługa była niesamowicie miła i pomocna – już od pierwszego kontaktu czuliśmy się mile widziani. Powitanie było bardzo serdeczne, a gospodarze zadbali o każdy szczegół, aby nasz pobyt był idealny. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, pięknych widoków i prawdziwie greckiej gościnności. Na pewno wrócimy!

Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Balkontüren auf und Meer ist einfach herrlich. Und der Weg zu diesem Meer dauert auch keine 5 Minuten.

Excellent hébergement

Hôtesse très accueillante, serviable, disponible. Petit plateau de courtoisie pour le petit dejeuner ; eau et jus de fruit au frais. Et un petit cadeau en plus à déguster. La douche est spacieuse. Le coin cuisine est bien équipé. La literie confortable. Le logement est très au calme en contrebas de la route principale, ce qui me convenait parfaitement. Petite plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La petite piscine est très agréable. Le petit jardin est charmant ; il y a même un barbecue disponible. Une petite supérette est située à quelques mètres du logement. Restaurants à proximité en bord de plage. C'est l’endroit idéal pour profiter des vacances, prendre le temps de vivre et se poser loin des grandes stations balnéaires plus effervescentes.

Seul petit point lié à la configuration du studio ; notez qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain ni dans le coin cuisine (qui est ouverte sur la pièce principale). Mais franchement ça n’a pas été un problème me concernant.

C'est très grand ! Vu sur mer, une grande baignoire qui peut faire du bien. Des boissons et friandises offertes et petits déjeuners comme des fruits, café, thé etc... Les hôtes sont très sympas et accueillants

L'emplacement est très bien sauf en période non touristique. Car les restaurants sont fermés mais il y a des Market à côté donc bon ça compense
