The apartment was cleaned and we had almost everything we need, except toilet paper and a hair dryer.

We have almost no questions to the apartments themselves, but to the people who rent them there are. The day before arrival we agreed with the owner that we would arrive at 13:00, we were told that everything was fine. On the day of check-in we had to wait 3 hours for check-in due to the disorganization of the owner and her assistant, and it would not have been a problem for us if we had been told about it immediately, we called the owner and her assistant from 13:00 to 15:50 and tried to understand where they are and why the apartments are not ready, we were told that in 10, 15, 30 minutes everything will be ready.....
