Location is great
Cleanliness. Main towels were washed and folded, but with stained. It’s disgusting to found towels like this in an apartment you paid a lot for and also left a deposit on. It just doesn’t make a sense. Cleanliness should be a top priority.
Also, dirty towel was left in the closet unfolded by the previous guest.

The apartment was great for the five of us. It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, air conditioning and a very nice terrace. The location was excellent and the price was very fair for what we got. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
The only things I didn’t really like were that the hot water wasn’t quite hot enough and the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature or intensity separately for each room.

Very spacious, and a large balcony with a good view. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
The aircon is extremely weak and you will not be able to feel it from either bedrooms.

Clean
Close to metro stations and neighborhood.
Very thin walls, so you will hear EVERYTHING...and I mean really EVERYTHING.......
Too many information needed to open doors.
Interior is different from pictures on booking.com = in real is more overused (need week of fixes here and there and it will be much much better)
I would say it is a bit overpriced for what you get.
