Mareverde Dream

What a lovely stay we had here! Checking into the apartment was super easy and the complex felt so chilled and quiet, despite only being a stone's throw away from the heart of the town and nearby beaches. The place itself was spacious, modern and very clean – great air conditioning in the main room and fantastic shower pressure (which can be hard to come by!). We'd usually have breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day and had all the amenities we needed, right down to the kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The pool(s) on the complex were a fantastic bonus – these were typically pretty quiet at the time of year we went too which made for a lovely chilled-out swim. There's different pools with different depths, sizes etc. down the length of the complex so plenty of options for families too. The location was absolutely perfect – a stroll down to Playa de la Pinta (my favourite of the local beaches) took under 10 minutes, and there's a shop right across the road for any essentials you might need – alongside a pickup point for the Siam Park bus! Throughout our stay, our hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive to any queries we had, which was the cherry on top of an amazing first time stay in Costa Adeje. Long story short – a fantastic, well-equipped place to stay to enjoy everything in the local area!

Hardly an issue (as we hand-washed our dishes), but having just a few dishwasher tablets in the apartment would have been really handy, as – although the place has a dishwasher – tablets to use it aren't included. Some coasters and maybe a few extra clothes hangers for the wardrobes would be great too!

The first floor apartment was stunning, set in a beautiful, secure and quiet friendly residential area and a partial sea view from the balcony. Close to Dinomart, restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were lots of pools to choose from and a pool bar at the top and the guy from Manchester was super friendly. No inflatables are allowed, but after many trips to Tenerife, this appears to be the norm. Plenty of sunbeds available. The apartment was spotless, well equipped with added bonuses such as washing up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets and even a beach parasol! Towels provided and clean bedding. Staff were responsive, helpful and sent clear check in instructions. Late checkout was given due to availability at the time. We went in celebration of my husband's 40th birthday and we truly had an enjoyable time. A huge thank you to the property owners for letting us their beautiful property. Don't hesitate when booking this apartment. You won't be disappointed!!

Nothing...we are hoping to return next year! It might be worth giving guests the name of the shop or restaurant next door to help assist with getting transfers.

The apartment was excellent! The location is ideal - 5 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to the touristic places, many restaurants around. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex - many buses pass through there, including the free bus to Siam park and Loro park transfer bus, so super convenient and easy to move around and explore. At the same time the apartment is very quiet, as the there is distance from the boulevard, no bars around with loud music, and bedrooms also point towards the inner yard. The apartment is quite spacious and is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. 2 normal size bedrooms, big living room with kitchen, so very comfortable for families with kids. All facilities looked new and nice. Kitchen was super well equipped with everything. Key collection instructions were easy to follow. Communication with staff was fast and easy - they accommodated even our extra requirements super promptly. Overall super happy with this apartment - modern, spacious, close to everything and at the same time isolated from noise and crowds. I will gladly book it again if available.
