the room and area was as described, well organised with a provided towel, cups and beds were neatly made.
the area was very clean and signage on every sorry regarding rules and extra info.
check in was really easy, met at the door and given key
heating was so so good, whole common room was heated
the description of free parking was quite vague, we expected there to be private parking somewhere or separate parking to the street but it was only whatever was not taken on the street which was full and mostly for residence permits.
ended up having to pay for parking so I would advise be mindful of this or do not drive

great location!
beautiful little garden patch in the front of the house where you can sit and overlook the calm street and greenery.
Sadly both nights there were loud social gatherings until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night. Not a problem for night-clubbers who only arrive back in the early hours of the morning, but I had to attend workshops the next mornings, so a bit of a nuissance.
The house rules said quiet time after 10 pm, however.
