El alojamiento es muy comodo y limpio, con todas las amenidades para una estadia de dos personas, y tiene buena calefacción en temporada de frio. La anfitriona es muy atenta y simpatica, y tuvo la amabilidad de guardarnos las maletas unas horas luego del check out. El lugar es silencioso y con muy buena conectividad al centro, Isla Teja y Niebla.
Tiene baja la presión de agua, que hace que el agua salga algo fria en la ducha.

La anfitriona fue siempre y en todo muy atenta. El alojamiento estaba muy bien en cuanto a limpieza general, estado de mantenimiento, las sábanas y toallas fueron adecuadas. El espacio para cocina comedor estaba bien.
Era de 2 plantas y el baño está en el piso bajo mientras que la cama está en el alto. Tiene defectos en el agua caliente, no tiene microondas (aunque la anfitriona me facilitó uno). La construcción es de madera por lo que no tiene buena aislación térmica y sonora. El barrio donde está ubicada tiene aspecto de que podría resultar algo inseguro.
