Tranquilidad del lugar y la amabilidad y excelente disposición de Arlenne, lo recomiendo plenamente😀😀😀

Que esta ubicado muy cerca del centro y del Mercado Fluvial, además que Arlenne fue muy amable y nos explicó todos los panoramas turísticos que podríamos hacer, en general fue una buena experiencia.

Que no contara con estacionamiento en el mismo lugar, si bien es cierto existe un lugar seguro para guardar el auto pero no es tan cercano, mas cuando se anda con persona de la tercera edad y una bebé.

Superbe accueil, la propriétaire a pris le temps de nous expliquer les environs et les bons plans de la ville. Une gentillesse et un amour pour sa ville et région qui a transformé une étape en un agréable souvenir. Une super hôte !

The property on Av Henriquez is above a Columbian style barber shop that played loud reggae music until 11pm every night except Sunday.. so loud that the walls of the apartment shook with the vibrations from the shop below. The street is very busy with traffic and late night revellers further disrupting a peaceful night’s sleep . Bring earplugs to this apartment! The apartment for its small size, poor furnishings and minimal kitchen equipment and bad location is very bad value for money .. I later found out from locals that the monthly charge for this apartment on Booking.com at 1,200,000CLP (1,500euro) is nearly 3 times more expensive than locally rented apartments . This is a complete rip-off of unsuspecting foreign visitors to Valdivia. Beware !
