Apartamento organizado e limpo. Só precisa consertar o ar condicionado que não estava gelando. Acredito que seja necessário adicionar mais 1 na cozinha pois é super quente já que há um sofá para dormir lá.

Localização ótima, supermercado, farmácia e restaurante por perto. Silencioso, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Dá pra ficar duas pessoas no quarto e duas pessoas no sofá-cama tranquilamente. Tudo estava muito limpo
