Apartment for 4 people close to Ondina beach and the zoo! Excellent location! It has a full kitchen, split air conditioning, smart TV, table with two chairs, double bed, single bed, single sofa bed (see photos before booking).
NOTE:
- All guests are required to provide identification
- Extra people not listed in the reservation are not allowed
You are going to the Metrópole Building in Ondina, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the zoo on foot. Close to shops and restaurants.

- Kitchen with counter and 2 high stools, refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, electric oven, water filter, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, pots, couscous maker, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups.

CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification documents to allow access to the property

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- No pets allowed
- No loud music
- No parties or events
- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation
OTHER SERVICES
- The pool is located on the roof of the building as shown in the photos
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
