Velvet Room near MOA with a Cozy, Comfy Bed

I have booked this room initially. But there were changes since the guests extended their stay on the day of my supposed check in. The host is highly reachable in whatsapp and informed me right away. I was transferred to another room from another building (from Shore to Shell tower D), which is favorable for me since it's nearer to MOA Arena. Just had a little bit of trouble with the aircon leakage, so I had to sleep in the living room. The room is good. But you can't cross the building right away if you're walking from MOA since they closed the road and you have to use the roundabout or you have to walk straight all the way to Diosdado Macapagal Blvd then cross.

Bed wasn't really cozy or comfy it was adequate, room was a bit small.

I loved this cozy little room. It had everything I needed, and for the price and great location, it was a great bargain. Its close proximity to the Mall of Asia makes this a great place to stay. The owner and his staff are great and went out of their way to accommodate me. I will also say this is not a hotel. So if you want hotel amenities then don't stay here. Make sure to read the owners description. It's cozy because it's small. There is a bathroom, small kitchen/living space, and a bed. If you want the Hilton, then go there. There are plenty of shops to get basic necessities, and many great places to eat very close by. As for me, this was just what I needed, and I won't hesitate to book it again if it's available.

Everything is brand new and attractive, and the unit is clean and tidy than others stayed. The host is vey responsive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciate them accommodating our special request. I will definitely return. A bonus feature is the work-from-hone table with drawers.

Property security is so strict.
