Great hotel albeit no air con until June

We visited mid May. Booking.com has air con as a listed facility however when we asked the hotel how to turn it on, they informed us that it’s not switched on until June. My son suffers from hay fever and so having a choice between the window being open all night or hot and stuffy wasn’t great when he was suffering with a blocked nose and itchy eyes. The room was on a main road and with motorbikes screaming past really early in a morning, didn’t make a peaceful sleep after 6am! If the hotel turned on the air con this would resolve the issues.

Limpeza, pequeno-almoço e, sobretudo, o atendimento atencioso recebido na recepção e no restaurante. Atendentes simpáticas e prestativas, falando francês e até um agradecimento em português. Excelente acolhimento.

Pretty much perfect!

Alles was perfect, de ligging, het ontbijt, de bedden, de vriendelijke staff. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis om te genieten van het meer. Voor onze hond was er een lieve verrassing bij het inchecken.

Parkeerplaats vinden was lastig. Uw hond is niet toegestaan in de openbare ruimtes van het hotel.

Mi è piaciuto molto. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale! La camera è pulitissima! Lenzuola e asciugamani bianche e pulite, frigorifero, bollitore, caffè, tè, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, aria condizionata, pantofole e mascherina per dormire: tutto fornito. La colazione era varia e abbondante. C'era anche la possibilità di rimanere in hotel dopo il check-out, persino a bordo piscina: erano disponibili sia docce che bagni.

La proximité du lac et des commerces, le confort de la chambre, la propreté et l’amabilité du personnel . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet (salé, sucré…)

Pas assez de places de parking. Trop de vis à vis sur la terrasse de la chambre.

Bello e Accogliente

La struttura è bella e in posizione funzionale. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera è comoda, ci sono anche i tappi della orecchie che spesso scordo. Colazione infinita. C'è veramente di tutto. Non ho goduto della piscina ma è molto carina e elegante.

Uitstekend hotel voor onze vakantie

Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vraag wel om een cappuccino, latte,.... toch lekkerder dan die uit de selfservice machine. Op wandelafstand van het gardameer. Vanuit het hotel ben je snel ook in Riva (met de auto).

Het was erg warm op de kamer (27°C) en de airco stond nog niet op. We konden wel het raam openzetten, maar dan hoorden we de auto's constant.
