062A Brand New Cozy Cabin with Loft & King bed near Grand Canyon South Rim

The unit was great. The heater ac unit we couldn't figure out how to use but the weather when we were there in March wasn't hot so it didn't matter. The main dirt road (woodlands ranch road) was a nightmare. It would be a fantastic location if that road were paved. I thought a star gazing loft would mean skylights but that was an error in my thinking there were tons of windows and we could in fact see the night sky. Would love to stay in a full unit with a kitchenette instead of just a fridge and microwave but we made it work. Our daughter ❤️ 💕 ♥️ 💖 the loft area. Definitely would stay here again if we can ever make it back to the Grand Canyon.

Good location, clean property, spacious and had great potential.

The property was not ready for our stay. It was clear we were the first ones to stay there (plastic film still on the tv, microwave, etc.). Upon arriving, the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were beeping. The WIFI was not working at all, and the TV had not been set up. We also noticed there were no cups for the coffee. When I messaged the host, I was told someone would bring cups, but the rest of my concerns were ignored. The cups never arrived anyways. In the morning, I attempted to shower, and the water coming out of the shower in the back bathroom barely was trickling, to the point where I could not shower at all. Again I reached out to the host to express my dissatisfaction and ask for a partial refund, and my message was once again ignored. Overall the space had great potential, but all advertised amenities should be working. In addition, the staff needs to be responsive to consensus.
