Super lokalizacja, czysto i przestronnie. 10 minut spacerkiem do rynku, 4 minuty na przystanek tramwajowy.

Everything is new; the bed is very comfortable; WiFi is great for working, very fast; the location is good (close to the bus stop and a walking distance to the center); there are a lot of grocery shops and cafes nearby.
The smell in the bathroom is horrible 😩 even though the building is new, the smell of sewage is very strong. It would be also nice to have some blanket for the sofa, some wipes in the kitchen, just to make it more comfy and suitable for living.

I did not like the curtains that constantly fall off the pigs, a shower drain constantly got blocked, (water got out from bathroom to the hall), electric cooker plate not working properly and kept switch off frequently, very early every morning deliveries to shops on ground floor really noisy and annoying, walls mouldy in hall probably got from water blocked in bathroom. That are small things but some customer care was not really helpful, some ok. You could feel it
