Obiekt blisko Rynku i tramwaju, a przy tym cichy, bo wewnątrz podwórka. Czysto i pełne wyposażenie w naczynia, pralkę i zmywarkę. Do dyspozycji nie tylko herbata, ale kapsułki kawy do ekspresu oraz duża ilość tabletek do zmywarki (nieczęsto się to zdarza). Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel. W oknach rolety, można ochronić się od słońca. Nie ma klimy, ale są wydajne wiatraczki w obu pokojach. Czytelna informacja o zameldowaniu, dobre wifi. Blisko do wielu atrakcji Wrocławia, a na uliczce z bramą wejściową wiele restauracji z pysznym jedzonkiem. Naprawdę super miejscówka.
Jedyny mankament to schody . Właściciel oczywiście nie ma na to wpływu, ale przy cięzkiej walizce i kłopotach z koalanami może być problem z wejściem. Za to w środku bardzo przestronnie. Kłopot też z programem TV, ale w końcu nie jeździmy do pięknego Wrocławia aby oglądać telewizję.

Znakomite położenie, funkcjonalnie urządzony, czysto, wszystkie niezbędne środki czystości, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.
Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.
